What do I do if I have a technical query?

Don’t worry; we’re only a phone call away! All our MazWell Representatives are experienced Funeral Directors and Embalmers. Years of working in the profession using Dodge Chemicals, Powders and Cosmetics puts a MazWell Representative in a unique position to support you.

 

 

 

I’m a new customer, can I order online?
 

Absolutely! We’ll receive your order and call you right away to set up your new account. We’ll also point you in the direction of your particular MazWell Representative so they can get in touch and arrange a time to pop in.

My invoice address is different to my shipping address but there’s only one section in the checkout, what do I do?
 

There’s no need to fret, if we're unsure of anything we’ll call you! But if you don’t hear from us don’t be a stranger, we’re around and ready to hear from you between 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

 

 

I can’t see the product I want... What should I do?

Give us a quick call, we’ll find out what you’re after and do what we can to get you exactly what you’re after so you can do your job in the best fashion possible.
